How do I purchase extra tickets a day or two in advance or the day of the concert?

If you are purchasing one or two days in advance, you may order on-line through our tickets & ordering page or call us at 416-922-3714 ext.103. Payment and pickup are at the box office located in the lobby of Walter Hall in the Edward Johnson Building lower level.

Same day purchase at the box office is possible.

What should I do if I lose my subscription tickets?

If your tickets are lost we will happily arrange for replacements. Please call our box office at Mooredale House [Joanna 416-922-3714 ext.103], providing your name and address. We will verify and mail out new tickets or arrange for pick-up before a performance. If you can’t find your tickets the day of the concert, please attend and we will do our best to get you see the performance.

I’m not certain I can commit to all 6 concerts?

Since your subscription saves your more than the cost of two single tickets, you could miss two performances and still receive the BEST value through a subscription. Please give any unused tickets away to friends – what better gift to give than exposure to a classical music concert?

If I buy a single ticket to the first event, can this be used towards the purchase of a subscription?

Yes. We will credit you with the full value of the ticket for the first event against the purchase of a subscription.

Are Music & Truffles subscriptions eligible for any discounts?

No. These subscriptions are already value-priced to support introduction of classical music to children ages 6 to 11 years as well as adults new to classical music wishing to learn more.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Our gift subscriptions work pretty much in the same way as a regular subscription. We accept your order and will verify how you wish the gift package to be handled. We will either mail to you directly or to another address. The gift subscription is packaged with our colourful season brochure.

Do you have subscription special offers during the season?

Until we are fully sold out, we will try to have one special offer but nothing is guaranteed.  We always put our new subscription series for purchase at our last concert in April.
